Rates are in EURO per unit per day, ROOM ONLY, and include the corresponding number of nights, tourist tax, tourist insurance and 9% VAT for accommodation in the following units:
Minimum and maximum occupancy:
Double room – maximum occupancy 2 adults + 1 child (up to 12.99 years) or 3 adults
Apartment – maximum occupancy 2 adults + 2 children (up to 12.99 years), or 3 adults + 1 child (up to 12.99 years), or 4 adults
Supplements:
Breakfast – on request, for groups of at least 30 guests
Dinner – on request, for groups of at least 30 guests
Outdoor parking – 10.00 euro per day per car
Pet up to 5 kg – 10.00 euro per day

Cancellations:
Free cancellation – 7 days before arrival
For cancellations received 6 days or less before arrival the charge is equal to the deposit paid.
